keeping our stories alive with Mariah Espada

Mariah Espada is a Zillenial Nuyorican journalist whose works have been seen on the cover of TIME magazine, Axios Latino, and more. We discussed her journey from growing up in Brooklyn public housing to sitting with some of our culture’s elite.

We had a blast learning more about Mariah, her family, her sources of inspiration, her passion for storytelling, and bringing more Latine representation to journalism. We hope you enjoy it!
